Because we had an avocado that needed using we did Avocado and Smoked Trout sandwiches.
- The bread is $5.99 for 18 slides or 66c per sandwich serve
- The avocado cost 79c, or 40c per serve
- The smoked trout is $3.49 per can and we shared one, or $1.75 per serve

We both really like the new bread and this combination is pretty good for $2.79 per serve.
Dinner
For dinner we served two more of the “four serves” this recipe was supposed to make, but there are two more remaining. We finished the shrimp by steaming over the reheated rice mix.
At $5.66 per serve this is pretty good.
