The Foodies had a business lunch at Gordon Biersch, which cost only $11.62 per serve (including coffee and Arnold Palmers) thanks to a 30% off coupon!
For dinner we sliced ⅔ of the remaining meatloaf and fried it in butter. We heated some frozen Trader Joe’s Roasted Vegetables and finished with a Balsamic drizzle.
- The Meatloaf works out to be $4.85 per serve
- The Balsamic Roasted Vegetables are $2.99 for the pack, but we used half, or 75c per serve
- Add 50c for the Butter and additional Balsamic Vinegar.
Overall, a very good meal for $6.10 per serve.
