Sep 10: Tomato-Blue Cheese Sauce with Cauliflower Gnocchi; Japanese Fried Rice with Shrimp (and Egg)

Lunch

For lunch we shared the third serve of the Tomato-Blue Cheese Sauce with Cauliflower Gnocchi for $2.09 per serve.

Dinner

We had planned on Japanese Fried Rice with Shrimp on top, but it turned out we had very little Shrimp, so we added a Fried Egg *(not pictured).

  • The Shrimp added $1.00 to one serve, or 50c average
  • A Pastured Egg is 51c
  • The Japanese Style Fried Rice was $2.95 or $1.48 per serve.

The Fried Rice is very good and the Shrimp and Egg added a little extra flavor, for $2.49 per serve.
