For lunch we managed to reheat a “microwave only” Soba Miso Soup for $1.99 per serve.
Dinner
We fried off the remaining Asparagus then added Eggs and Feta for a very enjoyable Frittata.
- The Asparagus was $4.29 and we shared ⅔, or $1.43 per serve
- Pastured Medium Eggs are 24c each, or 48c per serve
- The French (Valbreso) Feta was $10.99 but we used 1/6 or 92c per serve.
A very good Meatless Monday for $2.83 per serve.
