Brunch
We stopped in Hatch, UT for brunch at the Sevier Coffee Company because it had excellent Yelp reviews. They were well deserved as the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant we ordered was the best we’ve ever had! At $8.05 per serve it gets our strong recommendation.
Dinner
There were not a lot of interesting dining experience nearby, so went to Ruby’s Inn because they were adverting a Flat Iron Steak, which is cut from the Chuck, but is tender and flavorful. There mixed reviews between the Foodies on the Home Fries, but the Steak was excellent for $30.17 with tax and tip.
