Aug 17: Chicken Curry, Crispbreads; Brisket, Pork Ribs and Salads

Lunch

As the Foodies were heading out to an afternoon Summer Bash at a friend’s place we ate lightly. Foodie Philip had a little Curry Chicken Salad for $1.13 per serve. Foodie Greg has some Whole Grain Crispbread with different toppings for about the same per serve.

Dinner

Part lunch, part dinner, we had a good time with our friends and they served up the best Smoked Brisket we’ve ever had. Also exceptionally good Smoked Pork Ribs (without a cloying BBQ sauce) and guests bought a variety of salads.
