Mar 10: Panini Roll with Pork & Caramelized Mushrooms; Split Pea Soup with Ham

Lunch

For lunch we heated Panini Rolls and the remaining Pork with Caramelized Mushrooms and served with some Sprouts.

• The Panini Roll is 63c
• The Pork and Mushroom is $2.32 per half serve
• Add 30c for Sprouts
• Add 20c for Garlic Spread.

The Pork mix was very tasty and made a great lunch roll for $3.45 per serve.

Dinner

For tonight’s cold weather we defrosted and reheated some Split Pea Soup and added some cubed Ham Steak.

• The Split Peas Soup is 53c per serve
• The Ham Steak was $3.99 or $2.00 per serve
• Dave’s Killer Bread is 37c per serve.

A satisfying meal for $2.90 per serve.
