Lunch
An essential hardware store trip takes us close to New York Chicken and Gyro where we picked our Gyros for $8.17 per serve with tax and tip.
Dinner
We shredded the remaining Pot Roast Beef and combined with Spinach, Salsa and Refried Beans to repurpose into Tacos.
- The Tortillas were $3.99 and we used half, or $1.00 per serve.
- The Beef was $5.30 per serve
- Spinach adds 23c per serve
- Aldi Refried Beans are 50c per can, or 25c per serve
- Add 30c for Salsa.
The Shredded Beef was excellent, and a very generous serve over two Tacos each. Overall, a very decent meal for $7.08 per serve.
