Tonight we tried something different for our Meatless Monday: Crispy Rice Bowl with Spring Vegetables.

- A Large Egg is 21c per serve
- Peppers were 24c per serve
- Add 45c for other vegetables.
A quite tasty dinner for $1.23 per serve.
