Foodie Greg took the remaining BBQ Pork, Broccoli and most of the Rice and created a very flavorsome Fried Rice for $5.20 per serve.
Dinner
Tonight we took one of our half Rack of Lamb and sous vide it before searing off the fat side.
- The Rack of Lamb was $22.13, but we cooked only half, or $5.53 per serve
- Mint was from our garden
- Eggplant was $1.39 or 70c per serve
- The French (Valbreso) Feta was $10.99 but we used 1/6 or 92c per serve
- Pomegranates came from a neighbor’s tree
- Add 30c for dressing ingredients.
The Australian Lamb was perfectly cooked and the Eggplant, Feta and Pomegranate Salad is the perfect balance, for $7.45 per serve.
