Jul 19: Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

Lunch

For lunch we repeated the Cubano so we could finish the Pork.

  • The Pork is $1.57 per serve
  • Deli Ham is 33c per serve
  • Swiss is 41c per serve
  • Bread and Butter Pickles are $4.69 for the jar, but we used less than 10%, or 23c per serve
  • The Brioche Bagel is 58c per serve
  • Add 60c for Mustard and Mayonnaise.

As it was the night before, this was very tasty for $3.72 per serve.

Dinner

The Foodies were on a working visit to San Diego and our host, friend and business partner made a tasty Bratwurst and Sauerkraut slow cooked dinner.
