For lunch our host served Chicken Bread, some Sweet Potato and a Garden Salad, which definitely filled the spot.
Instead of going out, as originally planned, circumstances dictated we eat in or pick up take out. Filet Steaks were defrosted, Carrots steamed, and Mashed Potato prepared. We chopped two onions and sautéd them until what Foodie Greg described as “an Aussie BBQ Onion doneness”.
After Steaks were cooked we sat down to a wonderful meal together after a very productive day.
