Feb 17: Mushroom and Red Wine Meatloaf with Outside In Stuffed Gnocchi

Lunch

We chose a simple lunch of Shin Ramen with Coleslaw Mix for $1.63 per serve.

Dinner

We fried off some of the remaining Mushroom and Red Wine Meatloaf and prepared some frozen “Outside In” stuff Gnocchi.

• The Meatloaf is $2.22 per serve
• The Stuffed Gnocchi was $3.29 or $1.65 per serve.

The Gnocchi was decent, without being particularly flavorsome. Overall, a decent meal for $3.87 per serve.
