Dinner
Since we had remaining Cuban Pork, the obvious meal was a Cubano with a side of Jerk Plantain Chips.
- The Pork was $2.20 per serve
- Swiss Cheese is 36c per serve
- Ham is 92c per serve
- Sandwich Pickles are $4.29 for the jar, but we used less than 20%, or 42c per serve
- Plantain Chips were $1.70 and we used half, or 43c per serve
- The Brioche Bun is 58c per serve.
An excellent sandwich for $3.91 per serve.
