Time for the remainder of the Beef Stroganoff. We added a little more sour cream as liquid had been absorbed by the noodles. We also added a few peas for some textural variety and to have some vegetable in the dish, as we had finished the asparagus.

- Frozen peas are $2.79 per pack and we used about 1/4 or 35c per serve
