Mar 29: Roasted Potato with Peppers Frittata; Bavarian Bratwurst with Choucroute

Lunch

Being Sunday lunch we took a little more time and cooked (reheated) some frozen Roasted Potato with Peppers, then added Eggs to make a Frittata.

The Roasted Potatoes with Peppers and Onions is $2.99 for the pack, but we used half, or 75c per serve

Pastured Eggs are 51c each or $1.02 per serve.

We ate two quarters each, it was that good, for $1.77 per serve.

Dinner

Tonight we prepared a simple Choucroute to serve with our Bavarian Bratwurst.

• The Bratwurst were $4.49 or $2.25 per serve
• Baby carrots add 45c per serve
• The Sauerkraut was $1.99 or $1.00 per serve
• Add 50c for Rose
• Add 40c for other ingredients.

A very enjoyable meal with a good balance of flavors for $4.60 per serve.
