Lunch
Being Sunday lunch we took a little more time and cooked (reheated) some frozen Roasted Potato with Peppers, then added Eggs to make a Frittata.
We ate two quarters each, it was that good, for $1.77 per serve.
Dinner
Tonight we prepared a simple Choucroute to serve with our Bavarian Bratwurst.
- The Bratwurst were $4.49 or $2.25 per serve
- Baby carrots add 45c per serve
- The Sauerkraut was $1.99 or $1.00 per serve
- Add 50c for Rose
- Add 40c for other ingredients.
A very enjoyable meal with a good balance of flavors for $4.60 per serve.
