Lunch
We had a simple Ham, Cheese and Tomato Sandwich for lunch, on toasted bread.
- Dave’s Killer Bread is 74c per serve
- A slide and a half of Gouda per sandwich is 51c per serve
- Add 50c for a Kumato each
- The Breakfast Ham is $2.99 for six, or 50c per serve
- Add 30c for Mustard.
Not a bad sandwich for $2.65 per serve
Dinner
We decided on a ‘Grazing’ dinner featuring Speck, Melon, Delice de Bourgogne, Duck and Port Paté, Endive, Grapes, Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar, Pickled Onions and Pecans, served with a hot Baguette.
As it’s hard to calculate the price per serve accurately, I usually allocate $8.00 per serve.
